HR Administrator – 6 Month Contract
Our client a large services provider in the West GTA is currently looking to fill a contract position for an HR Administrator for their Mississauga location. If you have 2+ years of HR Administration experience in a unionized environment then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Manage and update HR records for employees
• Manage HR Database
• Prepare HR related documentation
• Create various related HR Reports for metrics tracking
• Respond to external and internal stakeholders about HR related policies and procedures
• Help payroll team with any request for HR related information
• Administer benefit programs
• Assist with WSIB Claims and other HR related processes
• Ad hoc work
Requirements
• 2+ years of Human Resources administrative experience
• Human Resources Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/College
• Union experience is preferred
• Strong MS Office, Excel, Email, and Internet Research skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and change
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
